“These guys have the lowest cost processing we've found on the front range. We raise sheep, and they are 25-30% cheaper than other processors we use. For our cost conscious customers this is a huge plus. The product is handled well and you get a lot of options on how your meat is processed. Downside - no vacuum seal, it's butcher paper. No USDA inspection. But that's what keeps it affordable. We're really fortunate on the Front Range to have so many quality processors, and these guys have good product at the lowest price.”
