The newest company to take over, Pinnacle, has been the best so far. Sarah, the office manager, is very responsive and helpful. She’s quick to take care of any issues that come up. The maintenance guy, Mark, is great too. He came by recently (during COVID) for an emergency AC repair and was kind enough to tighten a few loose handles, even though technically it’s supposed to be emergencies only. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly, and within walking distance of Safeway and plenty of other shops and restaurants. The apartments are some of the largest you’ll find in Boulder for the price, they accept pets, and they’re stocked full of amenities like washer/dryer in-unit, balcony, central AC, fitness center, and pool. Great place to live for a young couple or someone looking for a safe and quiet community.”
