(October 4, 2018, 2:33 pm)Office staff pleasant. Heather Scott PA was professional and friendly. I found Dr Tsai to be very professional, concerned, and listened to my problems. She explained the diagnosis and referral. We explained only explained the medication minimally as I told her I was already familiar with it. I will return to this office/staff
I am a Registered Nurse retired and I recommend Dr Tsai and her staff with no hesitations.
