Absolutely not, ordered on a Tuesday, received on Thursday. Exactly what I ordered! Outstanding service!!! That’s not the best part however, two weeks later I received a hand written note from Tobin letting me know how much they appreciate my business and some trinkets! Wow, mind blown!

(January 15, 2020, 9:26 pm)I ordered several inner tubes through amazon. When it came there was a mix up. As soon as I reached out to Planet Cyclery they didnt skip a beat to make things right. They immediately sent out a correct replacement order. The fact that they handled it with such professionalism and customer service has earned them a life time customer which might not mean much considering the quality of the items I received are top notch but if I ever need anything in the future Planet Cyclery will always be the people I use.
