Working with Nicholas Smith on getting my auto and renters policies set up was by far the easiest insurance process I’ve ever experienced. Not only as a young driver are rates hard to find, but finding someone to take the time to explain and break policies down in a manner that is understandable is also tough to come by. Nicholas was so patient and so helpful in every doubt or question I had. He definitely went above and beyond by making sure my policies were going to be accurate but also that my rate was going to be reasonable.
