  Heather is simply the best! Welcoming, straightforward, and talented. Her dry needling skills have helped my shoulder immensely. I always have a pleasant experience scheduling and visiting this office.

  I saw Heather for the first time today. She was wonderful; very thorough, very friendly, and didn't rush me out of the office (very different from most experiences I have at Dr's offices). The office is very inviting, and the receptionist was super friendly (I forgot your name, sorry. I'm the worst patient ever). Very happy with my experience and looking forward to going back

  I highly recommend Heather and Altitude physical therapy.
  I went to Heather for dry needling for chronic hip and shoulder pain. She was great. She walked me through what to expect and after 2 or 3 sessions of dry needling, when she didn't think that dry needling would fix what was going on, she suggested next steps for me.
  I also went to her during pregnancy for PT on some pregnancy-related issues and she was awesome. The kinesiology tape gave some relief as did the stretches she prescribed. She even checked in on me to see how I was doing after the appt.
