Yaniv, is by the far the best service provider. Answered all my questions and the best part is he adapted to me. I work at a high pace location so I can’t always be in the phone, he worked out everything through TEXT. That’s by far the best experience ever. Also he’s no pushy to try and get my business he understood what I needed and gave me what I asked for. Last but by far most importantly they beat all the rates I had previously been quoted without even needing to negotiate or ask for a better payment. Would give a ten out of ten but five is as far up as it goes

I have all my family's cars and our home insured by the Schad Agency. They have provided excellent customer service for all of our car and home needs for a long time now (it's been over ten years). They provided quick service when we had a water damage issue in the home and did the same for a couple of automobile claims. Have never had an issue with them. They provide quick answers when I have a question or concern. Very good agancy. I highly recommend them.
