  I love everything about Active Lab. The trainers are super knowledgeable and they also have a massage therapist and chiropractor on site!

  Alyssa has a gift for healing through message. She intuitively knows which muscles need work. I highly recommend her and is well worth the drive from Cherry Creek to her office in Broomfield.

  Great place to work out, big space and large selection well maintained equipment. Trainers are independent contractors that lease the space. Only experienced with the training area, not the chiro, massage or anything else.

  I have been training with Dustin for a little over a month now and it has been an awesome experience. In that amount of time I have been able to lose about 10 pounds as well as completely change my eating habits in order to live a more active and healthy lifestyle. Dustin does a fantastic job of creating a fitness program based on each client's goals, which in my case is weight loss. He keeps the workouts fresh by varying exercises each session, and the exercises are both fun and challenging. I have really enjoyed my time thus far with Dustin and Active Lab and am looking forward to future workouts.

  I love the vibe of this place. It is upbeat and supportive! It is about training and healing. I cannot express how grateful I am to my trainer Stephanie. She is always pushing me to be a better me, but I must also say everyone of the staff members at Active Lab are right there too. You may work with an excellent trainer but your supported by a team. Anyone looking for that should check out Active Lab!
