Aqua Serve

Aqua Serve is the best and most relatable water softener company ever. We used to use culligan and could never get service and it costs way too much. We know have used this company for 5-6 years and they are always on top of their game. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Both commercial and residential

We had a new water softener and Reversed Osmosis installed in our tiny closet a few weeks ago, and the artisans' ship from Robert, the plumber, was excellent. I have included a few photos, which may not do it justice. They had to install a drain for the softener, and with the crawl space underneath, it was no easy job. They had a few technical issues, and the most impressive thing was Robert came back on a Saturday and spent the whole day to ensure the installation was done right and it looked clean. They followed up with a phone call, and rep, Chip, asked me to call in a few weeks so they could schedule a check-up visit to ensure everything was working correctly. I am giving four stars and not five because it took four trips to get the job completed due to complications of the drain system and bad weather. Still, I think anyone would be happy with the quality of the installation and the system as a whole.

Chip Howes came all the way up to our newly purchased house in the mountains to assess & advise us on the water softener and filtration system that was installed by the previous owners.

He tested the total dissolved solids in our water and provided us with the optimal settings for our water softener controller based on a number of factors.

I'm a very curious and detail-oriented home owner, and Chip spent ~2 hours indulging me on all types of questions about our setup, water quality, and the science behind it.

When we were wrapping up, Chip wouldn't let us give him any money for his time and effort to drive all the way up to our house - in the mountains, in the middle of winter - to help us feel safe about our drinking water. If that's not a great customer service experience, I don't know what is.

We will definitely be calling Chip at Aqua Serve if we do decide to upgrade or change out any of our equipment. A+

We had a wonderful experience with Aqua Serve- highly recommend!! Chip and team have been fantastic. Friendly, personable and the water is amazing. They showed us exactly how it’s connected and what to check for. Before Aqua serve, I had heavy metals in my system from the water where we live. I went back to the doctor a few months after getting Aqua Serve’s reverse osmosis water and I’m happy to say that I am free of heavy metals and feeling so much better! Thanks, Chip and team! Definitely recommend giving them a try!!
