Stretch Zone

I wish I found Stretch Zone years ago! I deal with some constant back and hip stiffness from playing basketball and I used to go to Chiropractor for help but after a few weeks at Stretch Zone I'm already feeling more mobility and flexibility. Ben and Mackenzie have been GREAT. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well being. Thank you guys so much!

I have chronic tightness and was thinking how nice it would be to find a place that would stretch me, as a complement to massage. Lo and behold--it exists!! I stumbled across Stretch Zone and my experience has been very positive. Amy, the owner, is very kind and responsive. Melissa, Logan, Nolan and Anthony are amazing!!! They know a lot about anatomy and give great stretches. I highly recommend Stretch Zone!!

Mackenzie, Logan and Ben have all been exceptionally helpful, considerate and friendly. The stretch is amazing! I didn’t realize how helpful this could actually be. I feel like a new man after only 4 sessions!

I am in a wheelchair due to MS and Stretch Zone has been so important in maintaining my mobility. I work with Ben Yates and he is excellent at tailoring my sessions to fit my needs. He works with my goals in mind and we have had very positive results. The facility
is clean and safe. Everyone working there is professional, well trained and efficient. It is an intense session but with humor and friendly chatter to ease any tension. I am grateful that I discovered Stretch Zone and with Ben's help I will remain functional and independent.

All the experts (Ben, Logan, Anthony and Nolan) are so great. You can also stick with one trainer if you like. I am with Nolan right now coz he is amazing! My body feels less stiff, and I can run and workout better. I received very helpful homework stretches that I can do easily at home and incorporate into my health routine. One of the best decisions for my body.
