Clara, Mitch and Katie at advanced urgent care could not have been more helpful. They helped me out of a crazy travel dilemma and were extremely nice and willing to work with me. If I could give a 6th star I would!!

I am writing this to amend some of the bad reviews below mainly because I didn't experience any of the noted problems myself.
I called and got an answer right away. I was seen via the virtual visit as soon as my schedule allowed. And when I had to call back later to ask a question, I got someone right away.
My test results were delivered seamlessly via email and text message and via the online portal they use.
I read the negative reviews, after I had already had my test done and was a bit worried about not getting my results or something. But I am happy to say it seems the facility has taken great care to listen to people's feedback and implement clear communication and ease of access to records and information.

I have not gotten my bill yet - a bit worried about that as well given someone's complaint about getting a crazy bill. I will come back with a negative review for sure if billing is something crazy because their website confirms they do accept my insurance. Fingers crossed.

The doctor was amazing. I was so scared and could not hear out of my ear. He was confident and listened to me. The empathy made me feel like I had a person that cared. I can hear! Also the gentleman that checked me in was great as well. He was very empathetic and put me at ease with the checkin process. I would give my experience 6 stars if I could. Thank you again guys!
