Would be 5 stars, because they're great here, but they have no candle recycling program!

I had a great experience at this Yankee Candle. Unfortunately the location closest to me closed down, so I had to find a new one, but I was certainly not disappointed. The two young ladies working there were very polite, considerate, attentive and happy to help me find exactly what I wanted. The assistant manager even had a coupon for a free gift for my store closing. They did not have a few of the scents I was looking for, but made up for it by being very patient and giving perfect recommendations on others I may like. They offered to order the missing scents online and offered to call other stores all to get me the precise candles I was hunting. In the end I left with several new "flavors" that I really dig and a great appreciation for how awsome those ladies made my experience. I will be giving this location my business from now on.

Awesome staff and great candle choices. My family comes in once a year for a candle and we are never disappointed by the selection and especially not by the staff.
