(November 22, 2013, 10:11 am)I've been doing business with Larry for about twenty years, and I have received nothing but forthright, honest service the whole time. On one occasion my truck was vandalized in the parking lot at DIA and repairs were quick and hassle-free. On another occasion a pipe burst at my house and again, no questions or complaints, my claim was paid right away.
One of the best ways to judge a business is to look at how they treat their employees; in Larry's case, he has at least one employee who has been working there as long as I've been a customer. This alone speaks volumes; if someone can treat their employees well, they will also treat their customers with the same respect and courtesy.
I've recommended Larry and his crew to several friends and none have been disappointed. You might save a few bucks in the short run by going to one of those internet-only insurance companies, but you'll regret it eventually. Caveat Emptor.
