They go above and beyond to ensure everything you need is taken care of and it is done cheerfully and thoroughly. After a long day of dealing with companies that send you from robot to robot, it is refreshing to find such a professional service with a personal touch to it. The state of their units are excellent. The prices are fair. If you need to reach them but call after hours, they get back to you in a timely manner. One employee in particular named Anastasia was very accommodating, patient, professional and friendly. She took the time to answer my questions and explained how the process worked as she walked me through it. Thank you Mountain Mini Storage!

I am sorry you feel we ignored you. I recall playing phone tag with you for a few days. I am sorry we couldn't connect. As for availability, that is not in our control. We would love to have had the size you were looking for in one of our 9 facilities. Again, I am sorry you didn't have the experience I strive so very hard to provide for all of my customers.
