    Beautiful area. Very nice for long hikes. Watch for mountain lions.

    This is a great place to camp for free near Denver. The road leading to the campsite is well maintained and easy to follow. The campsites have a vault toilet and a trash can. Not all of the sites have a picnic table, but most of them do. All sites have a fire ring that you can use where there is not a fire ban.
