(January 26, 2020, 8:15 pm)We were driving along i70 and noticed our muffler was hanging down and nearly falling off, so we googled mechanics nearby and drove up to Bill's. Despite showing up at his home unannounced, he was very friendly and happy to help us secure the muffler in just a few minutes so we could safely drive back to Denver on the highway. He even recommended a dependable muffler shop in Denver. Thanks so much!!!

(December 31, 2019, 9:55 pm)We had car trouble driving into the mountains. Bill called back quickly and came to meet us to figure out the problem. Then he went back to town to get parts and drove up to Loveland and fixed our car while we skied! Amazing customer service!!! Thank you Bill!!

(September 19, 2019, 4:22 pm)Bill was absolutely fantastic! He was so kind, professional, very honest and upfront with all the costs which were very reasonable considering our situation. We had to abandon our dead truck and just give him the GPS coordinates. He had to find the truck, analyze the damage done, order parts, and go back to fix it where it was since it wasn't drivable. We're SO grateful for him and his service. Thank you Bill!!
