  As new residents of NW Idaho Springs, and having purchased a home without a mailbox, we needed a lot of coordination to get our mail affairs in order.
  
  Karen and our mail carrier, Eric, were so helpful in helping us clear the hurdles, and even secured an abandoned mailbox we could use. Eric then reached out to me directly the other day to advise there was mail in our “new” mailbox, concerned we might miss it/not know it was being delivered already!
  
  There were a lot of reasons we moved from suburbia to I.S., and seeking a more personable, interconnected community was a primary one. This is a perfect example of that, and something I’m grateful for.

  Paula and Sandy are So friendly and helpful. They don't give it a second thought when I walk in with 15 packages to mail. They are the nicest postal employees I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

  I worked with Sandra on a problem that was no fault of the post office. Sandra was professional, efficient and amazingly patient. I’m not sure what I would have done without her help. Thank you so much!
