(May 24, 2018, 6:33 pm)I have a friend that lives at the Blair motel named Wayne Neiderhauser. Through him my many visits have always been pleasant experiences. A few years ago some of the tenants were less than acceptable. I know personally that with Wayne's friends in the Idaho springs police department he has been instrumental in "weeding out " unacceptable tenants. You need more tenants like Wayne. I have great respect for the new owners Scott and Josh. Keep up the good work! I will continue to visit for years to come. Scott Lamb.
