Lisa Layton was our agent and was incredible throughout the process. We were buying from out of state and this required her to go to multiple properties and video record all and then send to us. She was patient with our indecisiveness. Where we felt Lisa separated herself from other agents was the last 2 weeks before closing and even after. She helped us through some difficulties with inspections and loan miscommunications, etc. as we were out of estate making the purchase. .She was available to us promptly on weekends and at night and this was beyond anything we could have anticipated. Even after the closing she has been available for questions. The Debbra Jo Abeyta Team works really well together and we felt fortunate to have them. Debbra was a pleasure to work with. She is very tuned into the St. Mary's Glacier area property market and has several contacts in the area for services that may be needed, e.g. painting.
