  Love the food. Love the beer. Love the atmosphere. Going 5 stars. Recent visit. Option to go with canning beer to go.
  
  Going down to 4 stars for a bit. It is possible I will bounce it back up to five. Right now, I am a little disappointed.
  
  Involved in an event where W&D kegs were involved. There was also Tommy Knocker kegs. Westbound kegs were more expensive. We could not get a good beer pour out of the Westbound kegs. Pure foam. The people attending the event eventually stopped asking for Westbound kegs due to how long it took to get a good class poured. Thought we could get a refund given the extensive difficulty with the pours. No dice.
  
  We had 4 kegs left over from Westbound. No refund.
  
  Love the beer. I would think given the extensive difficulty we had with the kegs we did tap there would be some consideration.
  
  Still would recommend the place.

  Thank you Josh for a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious and the beer was top notch. Thank you for honoring first responders and for just being an all around good person. Can't wait to come back!

  I'm usually not a fan of posting online reviews but I I feel as though this establishment deserves two thumbs up.
  The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. I've been sober almost two years now so I can't speak as for the beer or tap selection, but if you want to visit a place that has delicious food and a very clean atmosphere, go here.
  I would also like to point out that these guys are veteran-friendly and make it a point to say hello to first responders as well as service members and thank them for the service. I sincerely appreciated that Westbound and Down. You guys rock.

  After a full day of white water rafting and going to the summit of Mt. Evans Westbound & Down Brewing was an oasis for our family of 5. The restaurant is spacious, modern and clean. The menu is a little limited, but the food was phenomenal, as was the craft beer. The Buffalo Chicken Nachos disappeared in minutes, they had incredible flavor and it's a nice large appetizer. I had the Bison Burger and fries, it was some of the best food I had during my week-long stay in Colorado. And I was all over the map from Boulder to Breckenridge. There was a minor misunderstanding about the bill but the manager, Marcel, was very reasonable and professional to work with. I highly recommend this restaurant when you're in Idaho Springs.

  Very nice restaurant with more modern interiors than I was expecting for a brewpub. I got a flight of several beers and everyone was really good. The Red IPA is excellent. The food is really good, too. I would come back just for the Pork Green Chili. Overall, a great experience.
