  We had an amazing experience at Evergreen Dental Group! My husband and I have been looking for a dentist since we moved up to the mountains, and they came highly recommended by everyone we talked to. They give you a tour of the place when you arrive with a fun gift as well as celebrate your birthday month. The staff was incredibly kind and made you feel so welcome and at home!

  Got my first dental implant and as a long, long-time patient of Dr. Sprout he is a true professional and an EXCEPTIONAL dentist.
  
  I had no worries before hand, no discomfort during the procedure and very little after.
  
  Truly Amazing!! Again, VERY satisfied patient!!!

  Evergreen Dental is the best dentist office I’ve been to.Their staff is friendly from the second you walk in the door. Dental hygienist Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and has a very kind, caring energy. She did a stellar job cleaning my teeth and made me feel at ease during the whole process. Dr. Henzlik is attentive, professional, and humorous. He made sure he answered all of my questions and that I was comfortable before stepping out. I’m very satisfied with the care I’ve received.

  Gosh i just love this place. From the front desk to the hygienists, to the doctors and all the supporting staff. My dentist contacted one of my specialists to ensure there were no dental precautions. I remember the specialist telling me and saying- keep him- he’s amazing.
