  Every month when I Leticia Marie Miller, pay my bill at the Public Storage office at 5500 Hampden in Denver Colorado, I am impressed with Janette's customer service. She is very friendly, and helpful, and a professional manager.

  Jeanette made the experience light and happy. She explained everything in detail and help with any questions we had. Definitely woupd recommend this location and company.

  Jeannette absolutely made my experience wonderful. She quickly responded when I called, kept the grounds impeccable, and was incredibley kind. Someone needs to give her a raise. I have never seen a public storage so well taken care of.

  I have been off and on using this storage place for years. This last time, should only have been for a few months but it turned into a more than expected. I wanted to slowly pack my home while preparing for a new one. The new one fell through and had to keep my unit for much longer then expected. I have to say that the lady that has been working there for the last couple has been by far the best manager I have worked with at this location. I believe her name is Jeanette. Her service has been more than exceptional. She has taken the time to explain any questions I had at different points. The unit was clean when I received it. She has emailed me and called me when she noticed I didn't lock my unit up right. She has made this experience easy and helped to keep the stress of my situation low. She was kind, professional, and the prices were great too. If you are looking in the area, I highly recommend this public storage.

  The customer service was awesome! Jeanette was very helpful and informative. We didn’t end up renting but if we ever need to we will come here. We would recommend this location to anyone.
