  I just started with PCM several months ago and have had a great experience on-boarding from my recruiter to orientation with HR. I have also been the recipient of professional training from my director and see examples of leadership here at our corporate office on a regular basis. I can relay that our case managers are compassionate, professional and thorough as I've witnessed when going out to meet our clients. I would not hesitate to truly recommend our home health care services and am proud to be able to help EEOICPA clients receive compensation for their work and exposures.

  My father-in-law was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer in October and passed away in December. PCM's nurses were amazing, compassionate, and spot on in every aspect of their care. In such a difficult time, our family appreciated having these angels around us!!!

  I've worked for this company for greater than 5 years and have had very few problems. There have been some little things that have needed to be worked out, at times, but you have that anywhere. We are all human beings, afterall. My clients and their families have been grateful to have caregivers in their home - many clients oftentimes would have to go into a nursing home if we weren't there to take care of them. I love my job and enjoy taking care of the clients I've had. It's rewarding. as far as being paid right, I've only had a problem twice in over 5 years, but that was because of the postal service. We do mail in our time-sheets, and they need to mailed in and reach the company by the cut-off date in order to receive your check on the scheduled payday. There is enough time to get your paperwork in, but if the postal service is late delivering, it might not make it in. Like I said, twice in over 5 years, and then payroll cut an off-schedule check when they saw that I did my part on time. So, I rec'd my paycheck a couple days later than usual.
  You do have to do your part, though, like with any job. I have not found the company to be unreasonable, at all.
