  Replaced my roof with a class 4 roof. Looks amazing! Quality of work was excellent. Customer service was fantastic. Greg and other team members were great to work with.

  I can't thank Greg, Stefan, Dawn and the whole crew at New Roof Plus enough! For years we have needed a new roof and when I was referred to NRP, Greg made the process so easy! I had great confidence in Greg and his team, because of his character and kindness. He helped us navigate a refinance, new insurance and new roof, all at the same time! The communication from Greg, Stefan and Dawn was informative and transparent. They were all accommodating, and worked swiftly to get our new roof on in one day. And the new roof and gutters came out amazing, we get several compliments on it!

  I contacted Greg and New Roof Plus after months of unresolved issues and delays from another roofing company. Greg met with me and discussed concerns I had in regard to workers and possible disruption of landscaping during the project..
  He had his people begin work immediately to replace the hail damage to both the flat and the mansard roofs. I expected alot of mess in my yard from the tearing off of the roofs, but there was nothing left on the ground as they worked. The team that replaced the flat roof was outstanding. They met with me daily giving me information as to steps they were taking to complete the job. The team replacing the mansard roof arrived early each day and worked until sunset.
  Greg came by daily to consult with me, making sure that I had no concerns, and he spent time with the workers regarding their progress.
  Greg goes beyond what one would expect of customer service! He has kept in close contact with me and has been here to go over and inspect the finished work on both roofs. This was a big project, but it was completed with no delays due to his outstanding supervision.

  A new roof is a huge investment, so we spent a LOT of time researching many companies on-line and in person, in search of the perfect roofing company. I am so thankful we found New Roof Plus! Greg Jones and his entire team are amazing! From our initial meeting, we knew this was the right company for us. Greg took the time and made sure that every step of the roofing process was meticulously planned out with us. He was also at our house every day of the install, making sure even the finest details were done to our liking. His team worked fast and efficiently, and were very respectful.   What a great team! I wanted to install a new skylight and replace an older one. Greg was awesome at helping me find the best solutions, both for cost and aesthetics, and his team went above and beyond to make the project a success, including relocating a lighting fixture by going through the roof rather than a hard-to-match ceiling. I travel a lot, which made scheduling a challenge, but Greg worked with me to find an available slot--his team even worked after hours and on the weekend to finish on time when some unexpected difficulties resulted in the project potentially extending past the original timeline. All the work was beautifully accomplished and professionally finished. I'm confident that one section of my roof is stronger than the original! The team also secured another skylight and some loose flashing around my chimney while they were at it. Finally, Greg checked in at several points in the process and afterward to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect. Thanks, New Roof Plus--Great work!
