My experience with the path home team was excellent. Arnold was my realtor (most excellent). Was very knowledgeable, available and did a great job for me. Saba was excellent, also. Very knowledgeable, available and kept me informed all the way. I was pleased with everyone I worked with through this group. You can't go wrong with them.

We had a very great experience with Melody as our buying agent.

Some things that stood out to me were:
• She was very knowledgeable about not only the market and home buying process, but many other house-related things as well. For example, we were looking at a combination of new and old homes. In the old homes, we were curious what the cost of renovation would be. Melody knew a lot, from past experiences, about approximate costs, which gave us a better idea of if we wanted to take on the older home.
• She was very responsive, even calling us at 10p to keep us updated.
• She offered a good combination of holding our hand and letting us make our own choices. She would offer advice, but in a way to let us know that we were the ultimate decision makers. For example, we were trying to decide what would be a good counter offer and she told us what she would do. But then she also added that we really needed to think about how much we wanted the house.

I would HIGHLY recommend her.
