When I had a really hard time during Covid, Al came through for me and allowed me to move out despite having some time left on my lease. He really is a solid guy and I wish him continued success.

Best landlord ever. In all my years! Hands down, genuine human, cares for his tenants. We're more than a check!

From the moment I first had contact with Al I knew this guy was different. As part of the vetting process he gets to know you as a person. As has been said in previous reviews, he really does value you as an individual and not just as an investment.
The company always communicates promptly when issues arise and maintenance needs to be done. Al always says “welcome home” and he really means it. I have never been more comfortable in a rental or with a landlord. The only reason I would leave is to purchase a home of my own.

Not only will you not find a better landlord in Denver, it is quite possible you may not find a better landlord in the whole country. Whether I was speaking with Al or Eliseyea, I was never met with anything but professionalism, pleasantry and genuine kindness.

They are willing to work with you when life throws you into tough and unexpected situations (especially with how crazy this past year has been for all of us) and most importantly see you not as a number or a dollar sign, but as a human being.

Quite honestly, I do not have one negative thing to say. They are always helpful and responsive, maintenance and repairs were always made in a timely manner and done right without cutting corners.

All in all they’re just good down to earth people. The only reason that I no longer rent from them is because my job took me out of Denver, but if I ever move back, it’s unlikely that I would rent from anyone else.

If you are moving to Denver, Albeck Properties should be your first and last call for rental properties. I could not recommend them any more highly.

My husband and I love this company, it’s a small, family like group of people who have taken every opportunity to show us they care. The landlord Al has been super considerate of our dispositions and has always worked with us, and we’ve never seen him without being received with absolute politeness. We highly recommend renting from Al. I’ve never found better treatment from any business. It’s so nice feeling like I’m renting from family and that someone cares about the problems that are inevitable in life, we even got to decorate our own buildings with decorations supplied by Al, it was so festive and fun. Our needs have always been met and surprisingly often exceeded, prompt service, the employees care about us, and have always been extremely considerate. A big thanks to Albeck and it’s employees for all the hard work and love they put into these homes!

I'm lucky to have a landlord like Al. He takes pride in building community in his properties. I know the names of almost all my neighbors (and recognize them in reviews here). He keeps the common spaces clean and responds quickly to repair requests.

I'm not the type to leave reviews in general, much less for landlords. But I respect Al and his commitment to fair rents, working with tenants through these Difficult Times™, and maintaining a great place to live. I moved across the country to a city where I knew no one but this building feels like home.

I have been living in various apartments through Albeck for about 5 years. The rates are very affordable, maintenance team is VERY responsive, and the community that lives in these apartments are some of the best people I have met in Denver. Al cares so much for all his tenants and has a friendship with each family. In a way he has been a father-figure to me for my time in Denver. He understands what we are all going through living in this city, especially during COVID. And is ALWAYS available if you need anything, at any hour. The only reason I am moving away is to take care of family health in another state, otherwise I would continue to live here. I am grateful to have felt so safe and seen. Thank you Al and the team for always being kind and compassionate.
