  Visiting zoos is one of my favorite hobbies, and I've been to many. This is one of the best, and it constantly keeps getting even better. Even though I grew up going to the Denver Zoo, it never gets old, and I visit at least once a month. I have fond memories with my grandparents here, and now that my kids are getting closer to being grown, I'm excited to bring my own grandkids someday. The Denver Zoo has a long, rich history yet still always feels state-of-the-art. This is one of my favorite places in Colorado!

  One of my favorite place to take the kids and the membership is well worth the cost. While the Denver Zoo isn’t huge, there is still a ton to see and do. The food is pretty good and you don’t feel completely ripped off. The beer selection is the biggest surprise. Plenty of great beers and when you return with your beer cup the price along with member discount is a great value. Bear Mountain and the sloths in Bird World are the hidden gems.

  Had to spend a day with family and figured out this zoo would be our best option. Went for the penguins, which we spent a good amount of time at. Maybe we just didn't get the lay out but it seemed like a very small zoo. Either way the Pandas were worth it.

  Great place for the family or just a day to hangout. They got pretty much everything you would think or want to see, and the animals look to be very happy. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The price to admission is well worth the visit, and they got days that are discounted. Definitely recommend anyone to come check it out. Parking can be hard to find if its busy but just look around.

  Amazing light show for the holidays, very impressive!! Very nice grounds and easy to drift along at your own pace to enjoy the animals and lights. My goddaughter is 3 and we've been coming since she was a baby but this is our first light show. She loved it! Perfect for all ages! Have "holiday spirits" and cider and cocoa for sale! Great gift shops.
