(April 4, 2019, 10:57 am)We have wood floors so when my dog blew out his back knee we were advised by the vet to get runner rugs to put throughout the house so the dog could move around easier. I called and happened to speak with Ron Schrantz himself who was very helpful. He informed me that for my needs he could certainly help us but could get what we needed at someplace like Costco for much cheaper. I appreciated his willingness to help and his up front honesty about costs involved. Should we decide to get new flooring in the future this will be the place we go first.
