Cheba Hut Toasted Subs

The subs are unique to their shop and delicious. I always get outstanding service. Jack, Sydney, Mason, Dez, that whole crew (sorry for missing some names) is amazing! Everyone who works there, period, are all great people. They treat everyone who walks in there with respect. They consistently make the subs with care and are on time. Be sure to tip them fat if you can because they deserve it for going above and beyond and keeping their shop running during the pandemic!! It’s not easy to do what they do so well!

I absolutely love the Apollo13 sandwich. It is exactly what I have in mind when I’m craving a Greek chicken salad, which they also have on their menu, by the way. I did order from here once and the chicken was missing from my sandwich which is the reason why I give it one less star. The restaurant also gets super cold on wintry days/nights. But their happy hour drinks are right up my alley. I can’t wait for the quarantine to be over so that I can enjoy the bar service.

Pretty decent toasted subs. My Dallas brethren (and the sisterhood) would call this a Great Outdoors clone (except everything's toasted). It takes more time, though. On the positive side you can get a half of any sandwich (unlike Potbelly's limited menu). Generally very positive....

Can't go visit Colorado and not have Cheba Hut... If you can't decide what to get, my go to is the White Widow!!
