When I contacted Tokyo Joe's they were great, they remade our order, and contacted door dash (who I couldn't get a hold of)and had them send out a new Dasher. They apologized even though of course it's not their fault and Dani I believe it was? Was extremely kind. A+ service for sure, and it's not unnoticed!
