Very pleasant experience with SA Michelle who helped me find the perfect shoes while on vacation in Amsterdam. Minus one star due to the security guard, who kept following us around the store when the SA asked me to browse as she searched for the shoes. The security guard was keeping so much of an eye on us, craning his neck to see us and hear our conversation, that several times we made awkward eye contact while my husband, aunt and I were just standing, waiting and talking. He didn't follow anyone else in the shop as aggressively, even a lady talking with an SA in a partially hidden corner on the second floor. So I hope he wasn't being racist. I understand he's just doing his job, but this could've been done much more discretely and tastefully, especially considering how TINY the store is that he easily could've watched over us without making it feel weird and uncomfortable.

I have had a wonderful time shopping here. I want to say first thing you have to consider is to bring time! I waited 1,5 hours to enter the boutique. You sign up via a notification system at the store so you’ll receive a message once it’s your turn to shop. I was able to browse the boutique and was offered complementary drinks. After a short while I got a sales assistant assigned who took great care of me. I don’t understand the negative reviews but I can imagine if you don’t come with a plan to purchase anything your mindset might be different. I felt very well understood regarding my personal style and received great assistance in shopping. Even the cashiers were very friendly and made this experience so memorable for me!
