They have been my go to Volvo and Subaru service for 10 years. I soppwd them out and have NEVER been unhappy with my service! I will go nowhere else!

I called and had a conversation with Jason and even though we are not yet a customer, he explained the pros/cons of our decision and also provided his perspective on Volvo maintenance. I was thoroughly impressed! When our maintenance needs arise, we will be going to Bob's.

(February 12, 2020, 5:43 pm)Great experience. Was unable to find anyone to get a brake job done on short notice near my house. I brought in my 4runner and they had me back on the road in a couple hours. Even though I suggested that my rear brakes may need looking at, they told me I was fine and didn't try to sell me on anything unnecessary. They quoted me less than another shop nearby and then came in below the original estimate. Had a great experience.
