  This is the most amazing auto shop in Denver by far. My vehicle has been looked at multiple times. Every time I have been greeted with a smile whether in store or on the phone. Angel is too sweet! Gerard and Ken help aways to connect me to the best mechanics at the fairest price in town highly recommend!!! Cody is my main man! I live in Winter Park and always will come here!   I recommend Elder Auto to everyone - they’re great at explaining what’s going on with my car, without being condescending. They always give honest opinions and options that never make me feel like I’m being given a sales pitch or being pressured to spend money on something.
  
  These guys literally replaced my engine, then my cat converter once it got stolen, and have taken excellent care of me and my car through the whole process. My routine oil changes are quick and fairly priced (just schedule in advance, they’re popular so they book up!) and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

  As always excellent service. I brought my new truck in for inspection 2 months ago, they suggested the battery needed to be replaced and a brake flush. I went back to the dealer and they gave me a new battery. I brought it back for the brake flush. The inspection came with pictures too. It was done quickly and I waited on site. Love this Auto shop. I believe they are honest and trustworthy which gets high regards from me.

  Elder Auto was incredibly friendly and honest. I had taken my car to a shop just down the road from them earlier in the day where I was quoted over $300 more for the same service (alternator replacement). I knew the shop down the road wasn’t being honest based off of research around my repair. When I called Elder Auto, they gave me the market price I expected, they got my car in the same day and back to me the following day, they did a courtesy check on my car, oil change, installed a few other parts, and didn’t hassle me about any upsells around other things I could do to fix my car. I really appreciated their customer service, fair prices, knowledgeable staff and expedited service. I wish I would have known about Elder Auto sooner!

  We've taken all of our cars to Elder Auto for several years now. I appreciate that they are always up front about communication: whether or not they can see your car today, whether or not it's better to have the work done at a dealer under a warranty, whether or not an expensive part is worth it.
  
  Their repairs and maintenance are high quality, we've never had to re-do work like we have with shops in the past. An I truly appreciate the report they provide at each visit about what to anticipate for future maintenance and repairs. (For example our braks are wearing down, and don't need to be replaced now, but will after another x amount of miles).
  
  We'll keep bringing our cars here, including any cars we are considering for purchase.
