  A perfect gem of a studio! Challenging and fun workout, friendly and helpful front desk staff and instructor, and drool-worthy retail! You'll be happily hooked from day 1!

  After working out in a traditional gym for over a year, I found my motivation lacking, and that was quickly followed by a decline in my fitness. From there, I made the decision that perhaps something less traditional would be a better fit. Since joining the Fierce45 family, I find myself craving to work out, excited to go to class and eager to see the amazing coaches. I am already seeing results and am so excited to see the progress that will come!

  This place is intense but you leave feeling better about yourself and what you were able to accomplish in 45 minutes. I also love the music and vibe of the studio. But it is hard work.

  Hooked after one class! I wish I had found this company years ago after having my first baby. I've noticed a difference in my core strength after just 4-5 classes. Convenient, CLEAN, instructors are awesome and kind, not pretentious, which I greatly appreciate. Love it!
