  I was facing a judgement against me and possible wage garnishment so I hired Matt to negotiate my debt for me. I was absolutely stunned when I received an email from Matt stating that he worked out a deal that took less time than anticipated. He promptly refunded the remainder of my retainer along with a detailed account of his time spent on my case.   Hired Matthew to handle settlement of a few outstanding debts that I had. Could not be any more happy with the outcome or the experience. Matt worked diligently with the various collectors to come to a settlement that could be agreed to. At one point Matthew asked the best way to return the remainder of the retainer to me; something that I have heard of other lawyers not offering their clients. However I did have a another debt that needed settled, and Matthew was happy to work out of the remaining retainer and arrive to an agreeable settlement with the other company as well. I would certainly hire Matthew again in the future should the need arise; and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an attorney to help negotiate debt settlements.
