(January 23, 2019, 12:26 pm)Had such a great experience here with my man Tyson. Tyson made car shopping fun and easy and was able to locate the perfect X1 for me. He was efficient and thorough. The shop itself is very clean and well maintained. My car was ready for me to pick up and detailed in a timely manner. Ryan, the Finance Manager was very clear and upfront about all the costs and guided me through the whole process.

(January 8, 2019, 11:42 pm)For the service department: I've had fantastic experiences every time I've gone here. They're a little bit more expensive but they operate with a high level of class. They have multiple times demonstrated superb honesty, and provided videos to back it up. The videos and app are amazing, truly the future of car service. I don't usually write reviews like this but I was impressed by the overall experience.

He was responsive and a delight to work with. Once the purchasing process was complete, I met with BMW Genius, Dillon Smith. He was really helpful in getting me acquainted with the features of the car and helping me get everything initially set up. I had a really positive experience and am enjoying my new X5!
