Veronica Grant Yoga + Wellness

Being new to Dallas as well, it was really refreshing to attend Veronica's yoga in the park. The energy and vibe was welcoming and her teaching was very thorough and easy to understand. I hope as the classes go by they will get more challenging. Overall great experience!

I went to Veronica's yoga class yesterday for the first time and absolutely loved it! A chance for free yoga practice in the outdoors is really unbeatable. Veronica is a great instructor and goes at a pace suitable for beginners. I am fairly practiced in yoga but sometimes I feel classes are a bit rushed, this one is very relaxing. She even brought around lavender oil for enhanced relaxation at the end of the class. Would definitely recommend this to yoga lovers of any experience level!

I have a slipped disc in my lower back and when Veronica lived in DC I went to a few of her Yoga sessions. She is an absolute delight to be with, she is very attentive and helped fix my poor posture/positioning. I have not had lower back problems/pain since taking her course. Thank you Veronica! We miss you on the East Coast.

Hi Veronica. Thank you for your class last Sunday at Reverchon Park!! Love your enthusiasm and energy. I really like that you took the time to correct me on some of the poses. I have done yoga for some time but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. I just try to listen to my body so if it hurts too much then I try to modify but I want to improve so I really appreciate that you corrected me.
