  I was initially a little nervous renting from here, based on the reviews. But I got great rates via Priceline, and none of the other rental places got much better reviews, so I took a risk. The whole experience was great! The two gentlemen who checked me in were very friendly, and the paperwork process was very quick. I had my own insurance, which they noted. They warned me about tolls (I think you can get a ln optional pass added to the rental), so we talked through the places I’d most likely be driving, and determined that I could get there without going on the toll roads. Travel tip: you can choose “avoid tolls” on Google maps under “route options.” I was in Denver for five days, with a day trip to Colorado Springs, and never hit a toll road thanks to that feature.
  
  The back seat of the car I chose was fairly dirty, but I was traveling solo and it was the nicest option left in car size I rented, so I figured I could live with it. The person at the gate was friendly and noted that on my paperwork so I wouldn’t get charged. I also took time-stamped photos on my phone just in case. Given that I had to take a shuttle from the airport to the rental place, the whole process was surprisingly quick.
  
  The return was quick, too, once I figured out where I was going. Travel tip: once you get close to the airport, follow the signs for “rental returns” rather than Google or Apple maps. The app directions to Thrifty are wrong. Once there, all I had to do was drop off the car, confirm my rental info with the attendant, and hop on the shuttle. This was easily the best car rental experience that I’ve ever had!

  After reading reviews I was hesitant. But I found bad reviews on every single company out there and I just decided to go for it. I had nothing but good experiences. Picked up car at 0800 and walked straight up to the desk. No problem. Got my car and left. Upon return at 0930 again, zero issues. Walked right up to the desk to deal with the same ~latin?~ gentleman that helped me before. Pricing was great also at $25 per day including taxes and fees. ????‍♂️

  Cars are nice and inexpensive. Some of the service that you receive wasn't the best. They had a few extra charges that were thrown in that they did not explain to us until we landed. I would recommend them though. Their prices are good and their cars are really nice.
