  We arrived in plenty of time and were the 3rd party in line. Luckily there were 3 counters available so we did not have to wait, unlike our last experience of waiting for 30 minutes. The agent, Meagan was very quick and clearly explained the process. She prepared us for each prompt on the touch screen pin pad so it made it go much quicker. She didn't push us to get extras like other rental agencies did and I really appreciated not feeling pressured.

  Prices are good, with the good price comes slower shuttle service both to and from the location. But if you have the time, then it's good. Team at rental agency nice, but again less agents so it will take longer to move in and out. Overall good experience as I went in expecting service that would be slower. Cars are good and rates are great.

  Edit: I visited the office and spoke to someone about the situation and she refunded me the insurance charge. I wish I had caught her name because she was very helpful. If your careful, Advantage can be a great no frills, budget choice.
  
  Original: After 24 hours of no sleep, the rep asked of I would ''id like to upgrade to full coverage on or just stick with basic'. I said basics fine, whatever comes with the rental I just don't want any extras. Total was 468 including 200 refundable deposit. Sounds right, except I had forgotten I paid 217 in advance on hotwire the week before, so I didn't check the receipt. 3 days in I notice the mistake made.. The rep charged me for the basic insurance coverage (optional). I said no extras. I couldn't reach anyone at the number until a day later who says I have to go visit the airport and talk to a manager. If they decide not to refund me for the insurance because I signed the paperwork, I will have paid nearly $500 for a less than stellar car (damaged, stained, and dirty).
  
  I am very disappointed in the unethical way they try to make money. Although it's my oversight for not noticing the mistake sooner, it's shady business practice to try to add additional charges to customers in the way they do. Especially since most of us come to Advantage for the cheap price tag, because we can't afford to splurge on a rental.

  Megan was very helpful in getting me into the right car for the right price on my snowboarding trip to the mountains. Lines are short as the office was fully staffed. Drop off was easy and shuttle was right on time. A++
  Furthermore, when I picked the car up, it was a very snowy gross day making the car covered in a thin layer of snow and gross. These conditions made it not possible to see and document the mild scratches on the side door. I was concerned the company would try to pin the damage on me. They did not. This speaks volumes to the integrity and excellent customer service this company values.
  Megan was great at pick up, the guy at check out was great and the company itself is well structured.
