  I try to rent with Alamo every chance I get because of the choices offered. the Denver Airport experience was pleasant unlike last time we were in Denver, one of your competitors needs to take customer service lessons from you. Our only complaint well comment really, there needed to be better direction in the pick up area as to what cars were available. We almost took a premium car by mistake. Otherwise thank for the great experience

  Picking up the car was pretty easy except the guy at the counter said all I would need to get out of the gate is my driver license. Get to the gate, hand the guy my license and he says "contract, I need to see the contract, what do I need your license for?" How about a little better communication. Dropping off the car took about 30 seconds but a little better signage as to where you are dropping off the car would be nice

  Pretty good place. Fast and convenient. Shuttle to and from airport. Would have given a 5 but truck was dirty inside and I had to pull over on the highway because the hood wasn't latched. We would use again. They made the car side of travel easy and stress free. The truck drove nice and they had a plan that you can bring it back on empty for cheap. We went up into the mountains and all around then back again over 4 days for just $50. Great deal. I recommend this place for sure.

  This was the easiest car rental of my life. Seriously. Shuttle to and from airport, quick and easy pick up, you get to choose which car you would like from a row of similar products, keys are in it, you drive through an exit booth and they scan the key and you are off! Similar return process but even quicker. Also, the cars were all pretty new and very well-kept. Not sure what else you can ask for.

  I had a great experience with Alamo. Everything was quick and easy when I arrived in around 11pm. I even forgot my Apple Watch worth 500 dollars and it wasn’t stolen and sent back to my house. I will use them for future rental cars for being respectful to my property!
