I got a surprise delivery from a family member. The bouquet was delivered to the leasing office and a miscommunication by the delivery driver and myself. It took my leasing office 5 days to contact me to let me know that I had flowers delivered. They were obviously died by this time. I contacted the company and Brittany was super sympathetic and promptly delivered a new bouquet the next day. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I am glad they delivered a second bouquet because they are absolutely gorgeous. I will now be a frequent customer and will certainly be suggesting them to family and friends. I have been coming here for the past year or so and have always had terrific service and quality flowers. I have gotten just because flowers, anniversary flowers, gender reveal flowers and they have always been the talk of the table/party. NOT YOUR GRANDMAS FLOWER SHOP! I needed flowers to send my co-worker quickly — B&Y to the rescue! They not only created a beautiful arrangement they hand wrote a note and delivered it quickly to the office. The flowers were perfect, fresh and vibrant. The adorable vase pulled the arrangement together. They used fun and adventurous flowers that most of the other shops I called did not have, it was all they used. The flowers were fun and not formal nor frumpy, they are perfect for the occasion and stunning presentation. I would use them again and again.

My wife and I were planning our October wedding and lost communication with a nearby florist just four weeks out.
