  It was a cozy stop along our way, props to the 2 Mexican Ladies who kept the place up, by doing the cooking and cleaning!!! Overall not a bad place to stay in the heart of Denver! Lots of restaurants bars and shops along every side of the streets. Make sure to get a map so you dont get lost!!

  Hands down one of my FAVORITE places I have ever stayed. One of the most beautiful pieces of Colorado history preserved - not only was everyone hospitable, but they were accommodating to our own food. VEGAN breakfast- best I’ve ever had and the care that was taken to prepare for our stay was spectacular. I will most definitely be staying again! Thank you to the entire staff!

  Close to bars and breweries. Very nice little spot. The host was very friendly, she even went out of her way to pack us breakfast since we couldn’t make it because we had to leave earlier. They also have a Wine and cheese happy hour ????

  My wife and I love the Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast Inn and it’s owner and staff. We’ve stayed three times in the last year in three different rooms and have had a wonderful experience each time. The inn is very charming and showcases Colorado history and local artists. The food is delicious and the hospitality is very warm and friendly. Can’t wait to come back soon for another stay!

  What a great place with great service! We were so happy at how accommodating the entire staff was here! We go there, in the middle of a snow storm, but everything was shoveled, and nice and warm!
  
  When we arrived we realized the room we booked didn't have a hot tub (one of the main reasons we picked this place) . Tina was so accommodating, she spoke to the owner and got our room upgraded (for a reasonable additional fee) and we could not have been more pleased!
  
  The rooftop room is the one you want! Your own private deck, with your private hot tub! Yes please! The room is small, but heck, you aren't in the room very much! The bath robes for the hot tub was an extra bonus!
  
  Let's talk breakfast! WOWZA! The fresh amazing breakfast they cook for you in the am is amazing!!!
  
  I travel to Denver quite often and will definitely stay here again!
