  We rented from here for a few months before we had enough space in a new home. I did everything completely online (my choice) because of Covid. That made it a lot easier to get my unit immediately and put stuff away. I paid for the month of February and closed my unit out two days after. They gave me a refund since it was so close to the date. Small things like that make me want to recommend this place.

  I've had nothing but positive results from training with Tyler. He takes a different approach to fitness and I've reaped the benefits. Worth every penny. I recommend giving them a call.

  Very thorough and focused training. I always leave feeling like I learned something new about how my body works after training with Ty. Coming from someone who has been strictly doing yoga for years, strength and movement training has improved my practice and daily life. His fascial stretch sessions have helped me with pain from my career in the dental field and ones that I have suffered from my whole life with scoliosis. I recommend Ty for not only athletes but people who are body conscious and want to live an over all healthier life.

  Love the 6am kettle bell classes, such a great way to start the day. Find myself noticing evolvement in my body and movements, with every passing week. Thankful the day I met Ty. Great community. Clean area to work out in. Welcoming energy.
