Waste Management - Denver Recycling Center

Not sure why they have such terrible reviews! The drivers may not be he best of the best, but the company itself is one of the best in my opinion! We use WM for our business and dealing with our pet waste is extremely important in keeping our business nice and clean. WM is always on time and have never missed a day for ANY reason, even eventually came in on a not so great weather wise day! My only complaint was moving the large trash bin in an inconvenient location which could cause animals to rummage into. I called and they had someone out that same day to fix it! Outstanding! But now the drivers kept doing that, and so I called again and the lady I spoke with was so nice and so helpful, now I only hope this keeps up and I don’t have to call again, but they did call again for a follow up, which I found very professional of them. Also recycling is very important to us, and they are always willing to pick up the extra big stuff that doesn’t fit in our recycle bin. Very professional company and I appreciate them!
