Been working with him for years and never had anything but great experiences. I also have to to say how great the Quick Lane is as well. Ivan always takes great care of us. Great people all around.

(July 6, 2020, 9:43 am)My service experience was far better than Larry Miller Jeep/Dodge from my last car buying experience, but still left a little to be desired. The service was completed before the time they quoted me, which was great, but they were unable to quote me a price on a replacement trim piece, and I'm still waiting for the call from their service department two weeks later to quote me on it. Additionally, they gave my car battery a clean bill of health, and less than a week later my car was dead. Found out they hadn't replaced the battery before I purchased the car, like they had said, same for the air filters they also said they had replaced. They were still extremely professional, and I'd bring my car there again, but due to time and distance, I likely won't.

(June 26, 2020, 12:21 pm)WOW! I can't say enough about the free of charge valet service I just discovered for maintenance on my car. Ray, the happiest guy I've ever met, picked up my car promptly this morning. Eugene and the maintenance crew communicated throughout the oil change with video and phone updates on everything they were checking and recommendations for needed work to ensure my safety! I even had a coupon and cheerful Ray returned my car a couple hours later. I'm still watching my exposure during these scary times but will use this service long after the air is clear! Thank you so much guys!!
