    I can’t thank Lorissa (from the Colorado team) enough. She is not only competent, but resourceful. She's doing an outstanding job! In the few minutes that we spoke, she was able to process the new prescription, find out what went wrong with the last delivery (and fix it), confirm our next delivery and add our secondary insurance (which had not been added by our previous rep). All in about 20 minutes: Lorissa is simply amazing!! Her compassion and efficiency is commendable.
    Because of Lorissa, I can confidently recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance in procuring supplies, especially with enteral supplies and infant formula.
    UPDATE: The order arrived on time and accurate! For the first time in 4 months we got the correct formula!!!

    My daughter was switched around trying different Enfamil formulas that would work with her (she spit up a lot) and nothing worked. A friend had some Sensitive Similac, we tried it, and it worked wonders! Our local WIC office didnt have a contract with Similac, but directed us to Option One (now Epic Medical Solutions), which sent 11 cans of the Sensitive Similac to our front door every month. I recommend this company to anyone who might need assistance, especially with infant formula. Every month a rep would call us to make sure the order was still good and was needed. When I called today to cancel, the lady was real nice and it took just a few minutes.
