After a thorough interview about my habits and history and a detailed review of my lab work, this team was able to create a program that worked specifically for me - and the results have been amazing! I am a 49 year old male who had gotten into the bad habit of eating like a 15 year old and being lazy. During COVID, I took this opportunity to start working out. I had been working out diligently 5 days a week for 12 months and I was gaining a lot of muscle, but not losing fat. I experimented with diet, even dropping to 800 calories per day for 2 weeks, but only lost muscle and actually GAINED fat. I decided to get professional help. I interviewed 4 weight loss clinics and only one didn't immediately push me towards Testosterone Therapy without even meeting me face to face or running labs.
