Best workouts, amazing trainers. I was falling into a boring workout routine, since joining F45 I get so excited to get a good workout in!

Great workouts, always varied. I think this is a great environment for people that like to workout in groups. The coaches are all pretty awesome, professional, and helpful with advice on achieving your fitness goals. The one down-side is that the classes only have one coach present for the workouts and it's almost impossible for them to help and fix everyone's form. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a quick and tough workout in on a busy schedule.

I love F45! They did such a good job with COVID and letting you have your own space and requiring masks. Workouts are always so fun and I always think I won’t be able to get through it but with the trainers, music, and timing I always do!

What’s not to love. Professional super friendly staff that welcome you from day 1. It caters to all levels and gives me the motivation to push myself. So grateful and happy they are open during this crazy time. F45 have handled this situation incredibly well and I love being part of their community.

I did Orangetheory for 5 years, but decided I'd try something new. I love F45! It's much more weight training-focused and has a lot more variety. Every day is something new - I'm never bored. I've realized this type of workout is better for my body - I'm in less pain and I'm seeing significant gains in strength and mobility. The trainers are amazing. They not only provide the encouragement I need to push myself, but also, they provide much-needed guidance on form, modifications, etc. Finally, this pandemic has thrown everyone for a loop. F45 has handled it with grace, and I feel completely safe going there given their stringent cleaning/sanitization protocols. Highly recommend!
