Autowash @ Northfield Car Wash

Edited after Customer Service followup 1 week later:
I did speak with a very helpful representative who offered to make this experience right. I'm still leery of the automatic wash, but I have to upgrade my rating and remove the photos as they clearly care about customer experience.

What an insult. 45 minute wait on a Sunday at 9PM. Finally my turn and the machine decides to stop and ponder life while spraying the high pressure rinse DIRECTLY on my sunroof. Water is POURING in my sunroof on me, my lap, my seats. Everything. I'm drenched. Get home and examine the outcome. My car isn't even clean. You've gotta be joking me.

Would give 5 stars, but the wait is always too long. 8 minutes per car, often 5 cars deep. Need like an ETA wait time on app or push notifications when not busy. Otherwise build some more spots or something.

Love the car wash. Have the monthly pass and use it all the time. One of the few places I've found that will fit my Dually!

This place is awesome. Simple to pay and use, high quality products and equipment. Will definitely be back.
