Louie and the team there really helped me out with everything I needed. Very accommodating and provided valuable knowledge so I didn't waste money or time. Highly recommend them for your projects.
Josh was a huge help when educating me on buying some new yard tools. He knew exactly what he was talking about and very willing to help and answer questions. While it was my first time there, I felt very much at home and will return when I can, instead of dragging myself to the Home Depot mega store.
Thank goodness for smaller hardware stores. They have exactly what you need at great prices for most items and have a reliable staff with a lot of knowledge. I will be sure to visit this store in the future for my hardware needs.
My review is prefaced with the statement that as long as my car holds up moving forward, I’ll use them again for any hybrid issues. It was here or the dealership (who said it would cost $169 just to look at the car). I had an issue with my Hyundai force stopping one day and my mechanic didn’t have the tools to fix what he assumed was a hybrid system issue. There are no other hybrid mechanics around, but they came highly recommended. However I was mainly seeing Prius and battery issues, and I wasn’t sure if they could handle my issue. They did! It was fairly priced, and if it solves my issue, I’m happy. However, they are very far away from me (not their issue, mine) and I do agree with other reviews that their timeliness can be an issue. I had read the reviews about this, so I was quick to contact them myself and ensure they were working on my car. To be honest, I think that’s important for you to do as a customer. I did get the sense more than once that my car had been forgotten about. Again though, just be aware of that, don’t avoid them because of it, because if they fix it well, fix it cheap, and the other option is the dealership, then I stand by my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ review!

This was absolutely the best automotive customer service experience. I got the “check hybrid system” light and prius wouldn’t run. They got it up and going in 15 mins. Before my mpg was around 37, now my mpg is up around 48. Staff, they were super professional and polite. The staff could of charged me a lot $$$, but it was very reasonable.
Excellent customer service and they offer tons of help and detailed information if you ask. I came here to get a Prius battery checked prior to purchasing it about a year ago. Gary was super helpful and offered tons of advice and useful information to help us when purchasing the car. I even called in and ask for advice when finding other options and asked about pricing and he helped out of pure goodwill. Earlier this week, my girlfriend’s catalytic converter was stolen. I called Mile Hybrid and Leah was super helpful. Even though they ran out of catalytic converters (like almost everyone has), she offered a recommendation and the other shop had one in stock! It made the difference of having our car back in 2 days rather than 2 months. Everyone here has been awesome and have gone out of there way to help even when they don’t directly benefit. This is the first google review I’ve ever written, so I hope that helps speak to the service offered here. Thanks again!
I can't say enough good things about Mile Hybrid Automotive. My car broke down on the way to work but the issue was intermittent. They worked the problem and got me back on the road. They also replaced my passenger window which had been broken by a thief.
They are super nice and it shows that they care. As far as I know, they are they only true hybrid shop in Denver. Also, they don't try to gouge the customer with unnecessary repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of my repairs and will continue to use them for all of my repairs and services.
